Tea-Minus
In this fast-paced rocket-building puzzler, you play as a merchant shipping tea across the galaxy. Every client has different preferences, and you have to build rockets to meet their demand - all while the timer's counting down!
This game was made for the GMTK Game Jam 2026. It's the first Jam game that I've ever made - I hope you like it :)
Notes
There is a tutorial in-game, which I strongly recommend. Treat the rest of this as a reference for when there's something you don't get
Tea
There are three types of tea blocks, all of which have a weight of 1
Pulsar Peppermint - 100 units per block, provides 2 thrust per booster
Cosmic Chamomile - 50 units per block, provides 0 thrust per booster
Lunar Lavender - 100 units per block, provides 4 thrust per booster
Thrust
The ship's thrust must be greater than or equal to its weight, while not surpassing twice its weight
For example: 2/4 is invalid, 4/4 is valid, 6/4 is valid, 8/4 is valid, but 10/4 is invalid
Controls
(Mouse required, keyboard optional)
| Button | Action |
| 1 - 4 | Swap block being placed |
| Left Mouse Button | Place block |
| Right Mouse Button / Space | Delete block |
Difficulty
If the time limit is too strict, you can change it on the home screen's difficulty slider. This game definitely leans towards the harder side of the spectrum, so don't feel bad about giving yourself more time.

I really enjoy the double interpretation of the theming; the countdown to launch paired with the countdown to build is really clever. The game is a really clever puzzle builder, and balancing the number of engines you have to make sure you stay in the twr green zone is really fun. I loved the challenge of figuring out where to place your boosters to make sure you didn't use the wrong fuel.
